The Service

Furniture GPT is an AI-powered visualisation tool. You upload a photo of your room and a photo of a furniture item, and the Service generates an image showing how that furniture would look in your space.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Your Account

To use paid features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@furnituregpt.tech if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights in the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that content solely to provide the Service — including sending it to our AI providers.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to upload the content you submit.
Your uploads do not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Your uploads do not contain unlawful, obscene, or harmful material.
Your uploads do not contain identifiable images of other people without their consent.

Generated Images

Images generated by the Service are produced by AI and provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may use them for interior design planning, sharing with friends or family, or on social media.

You may not:

–Resell generated images as standalone products

–Use generated images as fake product photography

–Use generated images for unlawful purposes

Generated images are AI-produced and may not perfectly reflect actual appearance. The Service is a visualisation aid, not a guarantee of fit, colour accuracy, scale, or design quality.

Free Tier

New users receive 2 free generations on signup, no payment required. The Service is currently free. A paid Pro tier is coming soon.

Acceptable Use

–Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

–Upload photos of other people's homes without permission.

–Upload obscene, offensive, or illegal content.

–Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.

–Use automated tools or bots to access the Service.

–Resell or redistribute access to the Service.

–Use the Service to generate content that violates our AI providers' terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these rules.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24×7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party providers (Anthropic, Google, Supabase) whose outages may affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by these providers.

Intellectual Property

The Furniture GPT name, logo, website design, code, and underlying technology are owned by Akshay Bansal. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Disclaimers

As Is

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that generated images will meet your expectations, or that results will be suitable for any specific decision.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or reputational harm.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or if continuing to provide the Service is not commercially viable. On termination, sections related to your content licence, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
